Hi, My Fasting blood Sugar is in range if 125-130. However, my evening and Night blood sugar level in range of 100-120. What should I do. Shall I go on medication.

Stop sugar, sweets,cola intake. Start 4 kms.brisk morning walk. No medicines required.
