Hello Doctor, My husband has issues with high blood sugar. With fasting his blood sugar is 258. Kindly advise what can we do to decrease it. Thanks

Fasting sugar of 238 is very high. Being a young diabetic he needs to strictly control his sugars to reduce the risk of complications. If he isn't on medication, u need to urgently start medicines and if he is already taking medicines then those need to be changed. Consult a diabetologist urgently
