Diagnosed with high blood sugar. Having trouble breathing for 3 days now. Feel of dry cough. Sweating in intervals; when he sweats, he has anxiety and feel uncomfortable with trouble breathing and when he doesn't sweat, he feels better.

These symptoms can be due to high uncontrolled sugars or any other comorbidities associated with sugar like heart disease or kidney issues. These symptoms can also be due to chest infection. So need to evaluate in these lines and treat adequately.
