So today I got a free BP checkup, and found my bp is 105/140. I want to know am i suffering from high blood pressure?

140 \90 is satge 1 hypertension but one reading is not confirmatory ,2-3 readings are required at regular intervals . Don't take medications now . consult physician after a month and measure it .
