High blood pressure

My TRIGLYCERIDES is 340 and blood pressure is now 146/96 . What precaution should i take to reduce my blood pressure and TRIGLYCERIDES??

You need medicines for both these conditions hypertension and dyslipidemia. Need basic investigations as well particularly ecg and echocardiogram. Strict fat restrictions in diet, exercise, weight reduction. Check for diabetes which is an important cause of increased triglycerides
