Don't worry your actual problem is your irregularities. If you can't solve your irregularities then fix it with another way. When you awake in night at that day you should take sleep half time which you awake at night. Please fix the time for your food. Lifestyle is completely important things. Advice. 1. Take 10gm Ginger juice or peaces before meal with rock salt. 2. Take boiled water (take 400ml water and boil till it remains just 100ml leave it until it becomes Luke warm) at empty stomach at morning and sleep time at night. 3. Take light salt or salt free diet. 4. You should do pranayam like anulom vilom and bhramary.
