High blood pressure

Hlwo Sir/Mam Santosh this side ... I'm facing a high blood pressure problem now a days. Today my blood pressure is 110 to 180 I think it's too high at my ag. Please suggest me how I got normal without taking any medicine becoz I not want to be addicted of blood pressure medi.

B.p of 180/100mmhg needs anti htn medications.And b.p medications need to be taken long term basis .Hazards of not taking anti htns could be life threatening as well.Young hypertensives need to be screened by following tests 1.2decho 2.Renal Doppler 3. Lipid profile.
