His BP readings sometimes go as high as 150/85. Experiencing frequent episodes of dizziness, light headedness and extreme sweating. Had symptoms like palpitations few months ago. Also has permanent swollen feet and ankle (may be due to high bp medications).

Swelling can be due to am component in Telma am. Need to get CBC , KFT Electrolytes and Echo done and follow up with reports
