High blood pressure from 1 week systolic is about 93. Sometimes 100, 103. Headache on left side. Headache over left eye.

it must be diastolic. cut down on salt and do lifestyle changes . measure bp regularly . as you are young ,you need to rule out renovascular htn. consult with a physician.
