Hi i am having high BP 110/160 also i am facing difficulty in sleeping from last 2 months. Which medicine i can start to reduce the BP and is high BP also related to my sleeping difficulty problem.

Hi, Hope you mean to say your BP is around 160/110.. Hypertension in young age needs to be properly evaluated. You should make a BP charting by regularly checking your blood pressure. A detailed history about palpitations, sweating is important to guide you better. Get a USG abdomen with renal Doppler, ECG and 2D echo. General advice would be to take low salt diet. Yo must consult a physician and get your self clinically examined and may start an antihypertensive.
