First he took Telma AM 40 only in the morning around three months, But after that there was swelling on his feet and hand. After consultation Doctor recommended TELMA 40. He took medicine for 6 months. His blood pressure was fine but After 6 months his blood pressure started increasing by the afternoon and reaches by 155 -165. I again started Telma AM 40 and again his blood pressure was fine but there is again swelling on his feet and hand. Kindly suggest me a solution.
