Blood pressure is above 188/89 from the past two days on empty stomach with severe headache and no sleepiness

 Hi  your headache is due to your varying blood pressures which comes down once pressures are stabilised... consult physician....

The headache is most likely due to the high BP. Need to see a Physician straight away and start treatment for hypertension. Is there past history of hypertension?
