How to give immediate first aid when bonus too high as 188/110? What should be done until medical help arrives. Kindly guide.

It depends upon the accompanying symptoms,if there are no associated symptoms like headache,dizziness,blurring of vision,chest pain ,difficulty in breathing,abdominal pain ,vomiting Then the high BP can be managed with oral medications with observation
