High Blood platelet count

I got a full body test around 1 month back and got high blood platelet count which is 5.25 lacs and MCH is 26.6 pg. I am not able to understand what does these values mean and are they too harmful? Please suggest.I am attaching an image to which is my test copy. PFA.

It may be reactive or a condition called essential thrombocytosis..u need to get the test repeat and also need peripheral smear..to see the exact picture right now

Repeat the test after 1 month with a blood film or peripheral blood smear. If it is still high then get back to us on practo. It could be reactive thrombocytosis.
