High bilirubin, low vitamin d and b12

Got a blood test done and came back high bilirubin, low vitamin d and b12. Please help under the report

Vitamin d and b12 is common Vitamin D rich diet like milk products pottery fish curd cheese Richest source of vitamin D sunlight to have good exposure between 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for at least half an hour B12 is present in fish and  poultry products high billirubin is due to malfunctioning of the liver and it is a serious thing so you can send me the reports online Consult me online as I have to take a full history and I can help you out thanks
