Do not worry about vit B12... Start calcirol sachet 60k once in a week for 6 weeks with 1 glass of milk..

Hello there.
I can understand your concern. You need not worry about vitamin b12.
Just dont take any supplement of b complex vitamins.
For vitamin d3 you definitely need to take tab. D3 must 60k once a week for 12 weeks.
Inj. Uprise d3 6L once a week for 4 weeks.
For cholesterol you definitely need medications and diet management.

You definetly need few medicines and life style modification.
Its better to start medicines for high Cholesterol levels..
You also need to follow a proper diet plan .
