The main treatment for you would be lifestyle modification. You obviously know this answer too. Be motivated to get fit. Exercise regularly. Not the intense muscle pumping exercises.. just brisk walking one hour each in morning and evening and avoidance of junk food will do. Greens and vegetable should form the major part of your meal. Meditation and yoga will help reduce stress. Do these and before you know it your obesity, high BP, gastritis, sleeplessness will all go away. Lethargy, headache and bodyache are also mainly due to your physical inactivity and obesity.
