My baby getting hicups after feeding why. After i feed formula feed to 4 days old baby by spoon. Can we burp the baby while hiccupd??

Greetings. Why formula feeds? Give breast feeds. You are not aware of wonders of breast milk.  It is good now and later on in life ,it prevents obesity , HBP, CVD , and so many diseases  so please cooperate and feed your breast milk.
