Iam suffering from severe tight ness like band around the head since 13 years...this was caused by continuous tention for 20 days.I feel like commiting suicide... I have visited various psychiatrists..please suggest..I feel weight in my head...please guide and save me

Pl consult a psychiatrist. Meanwhile start tab tryptomer 10 mg and sibelium 10 mg at night. Also take nexdom 500 mg twice for 2,days only. Cont inue medicine nes fir minimum of months. If u have suocidal ideas pl  consult  psychiatrist
