Hi fever with Dengue
The fever started on Friday evening and was confirmed NS1 positive on Saturday night. Admitted on Sunday afternoon. Fever perisits till now with platelete count of 56000 till yesterday. Yesterday's report shows, IgG - Negative, IgM - Weakly Positive & NS1 antigen - Positive. What does this mean and by when I should expect rise in plateletes and fever to subscribe as it is almost a week since fever started? Due to high fever doc has started antibiotics from yesterday and we are checking for typhoid too. Please suggest !
