Pain in the foot could be due to various reasons..
You can try icing your foot ...
Keep your foot immersed in salted water...
Stretch your calf muscles..
Change your footwear...use mcr soles....well cushioned foot wear....
Strengthening of foot muscles by clawing of the toes...in drawing of a towel with toes..
Arch support depends on the level of arch and how much there is loss etc..
Revert back incase if you need any clarification...
