Hi my wife has some kind of discharge from her uterus and could pls any one help me with that I am really scared if she cannot get pregnant with this problem

Better you go to gyno get her examination. Take pap smear Ultrasound.

Must be she is having vaginal infection.Get examination by gynaecologist and take medicine for this.Also get done ultrasonography to know the exact pathology of uterus.
