What should be applied to Herpes infected area (outbreak) on upper back for early cure and for reducing inflammation? I applied ice and cold water on the herpes infected area and using Herpex 5 cream, Virovir 250 tablet, Neurobin Forte tablet as prescribed by doctor. Today I have been told by a relative that ice/cold water should not be applied on Herpes outbreak. Is it true?
