Hello doctor. a couple of weeks ago i had an outbreak from cold sore on my lips, i usually get outbreaks on lips only once a year after a fever or cold ,but i wasn’t aware of the contagion and i had sex with my partner, we both weren’t aware, and now she has it on her genital, i used protection and we didn’t do any oral sex, how could that happen ? and does it mean i will have it on my penis too if we continue to have sex?
