Hernia surgery related

I had a surgical repair for inguinal hernia in 2017. But I still experience pain in my left groin near the area when I stand up for long, sit for long or ride a bike for long. I consulted the surgeon who did the operation, he just have me medicines and said it may be due to something else. I consulted 3 more surgeons, took ultrasound, was told hernia has healed but can be due to a nerve that gets pressed and also the mesh sometimes can cause such problems. Now, what is the solution no one tells. Do I have to live all my life like this where I cannot even work normally now as I cannot sit for hours on a computer or cannot stand for hours like on exam duty. What do I do?
