I'm 22, boy My left testis goes into my body sometimes and also u feel like something is coming outside in my upper testis area, it's feel like bulky there. Please guide

See Its a retractile testis There is a communication between ur scrotal sac and abdomen which u saying there is something coming outside So First show it to ur surgeon And follow the orders No need for tooo much investigation It's clinical diagnosis Than go for Investigation Thank you

It might be inguinal hernia.. get it examined once by surgeon..and if its hernia go for surgery immediately
