Hello, i have allergy issue with dust, sonetimes due to this i get continues sneezing nd runny nose specially in morning. Is there sny possibility that my 3 month old son might also have developed the allergy problem from me

Some risk is there as allergies will have hereditary nature but not for all . Provide him with balanced diet to boost immunity and excess hygiene also can predispose to allergy .(hygiene hypothesis).
