Hepatomegaly and high SGPT level

In my recent LFT, SGPT level shows 60u against the normal value of 40u. Rest all parameters are normal. Doctors suggested me for USG. I Have done the same today and findings reveal "Hepatomegaly with grade 1 fatty liver" Please help understand how serious is this and what precautions to be taken Note: I takes alcohol very highly till 2014. reduced to almost nill after that (once in 2 mnths now)
