I'm having hepatitis A with a decreasing trend of AST/ ALT in 2 months. I was with hepatomegaly. Also having bowel inflamation and acid reflux. Is a sudden chest pain near lung normal under such circumstances? How long does hepatomegaly take to normalize in hepatitis A?
