Hello. Very Good morning. There are no medicines for patients suffering from piles.  This is a one of Great Myth of our society. Please seek an opinion from Laproscopic or General surgeon and your wife can get rid of this ailment by the help of a minor Surgical procedure and the hospital stay is also Very short. Kindly don't waste your precious time and money elsewhere. This is a Surgical problem. Regards.
