From past 4 days i am having pain my back hemorrhoids and it is internal pain no bleeding . i am using cremaffin . and gas tablets for now . suggest me something . i have to go shimla day after tomorrow please help me out?

Hi dear, it seems you have developed fissure in ano. ( a cut in anal canal due to passage of hard stool. ) apply diltigesic ointment 2% three times a day after passing stool. Take Dabur nature care isabgol 2 teaspoon in on be glass of Luke warm water after dinner daily for 15 days.
