I see a lump on my anus,and also I bleed while pooping not so painful at times, but it's really hard to sit after pooping on some days

Tab. Daflon Proctosedyl ointment Povidone iodine Tab. Trans-MF Syp. Cremaffin Sitz bath Avoid hot and spicy food. Increase water uptake. Each Fibre Rich diet. Don't strain while passing stools Does hemorrhoid retract on its own or do you have to push it back?? Is bleeding excessive?
