Hemorrhoidal pain in pregnancy

Hello doctors I am in my 21st week of pregnancy and was having sharp pain near my anal area since yesterday and now I can feel a slight bump similar to a hemorrhoid . Is there any cream that I can use to relive the pain? I'm using sitz bath and it relieves temporarily however the pain again starts in few hours. Please suggest what to use in this case .
