Hemorrhagic Ovarian cyst

I am trying to conceive and having PCOD &Thyroid(controlled). My periods started on 2nd Jan and my doctor prescribed me to take Letroz 5mg from day 2 to day 6. Now on 29th Jan(today) in my transvaginal ultrasound Hemorrhagic cyst found in my left ovary which is 25mm in size and its volume is 6.0. Please let me know if any treatment is needed for this? Will it effect my baby planning or have any impact on periods/ovulation? Attaching the ultrasound report.
