Hemogram and D-Dimer test

I underwent few blood tests 4 days after getting Covid(+) (asymptomatic). The tests indicated increased levels of D-Dimer - 1.45 ug/mL, PDW - 18.8 fL, MPV - 13.3 fL, PLCR - 51.5% I also have increased levels of MCHC - 30g/dL, RDW-SD - 58.4 fL, RDW-CV - 15.9% Kindly suggest whether any of these values is serious and needs to be acted upon or is this normal. Thanks.
