No this looks pretty normal and standard minus mild anemia. No signs of intestinal infection.

Report is unremarkable. Nothing to worry about. Inflammation of intestine is not evident in thus report. It requires and endoscopy for direct evidence of intestinal Inflammation. Hematology report can not comment directly on this.
