Please let me understand the reading of the report. She is having itching and pain while urinating also, body itching but no temperature or no other related symptoms.

Hi... Your child most propably suffering from urinary tract infection. In children and especially in lower urinary tract infections there may not be fever. Child may have increased frequency of urination and burning sensation while passing urine. you should consult a pediatrician and further investigate the child and child may need to be started on antibiotics.

kindly do next investigations - Urine for culture & sensitivity ( early morning sample, mid stream catch) - ultrasound abdomen & pelvis

High Wbc in urine suggestive of urinary tract infection. Have urine culture sensitivity done as well. Consult Pediatrician for detailed plan for treatment
