Please suggest ayurvedic medicine for good bowel movement.No constipation but not bowel movement is not satisfactory from last 4 days.

Hi add some smoothie of Apple / Banana/ Papaya/ Grapes/ Custard Apple .dont go for any kind of medicines if it happen very rarely.

Hi Please share wart pic.second before starting any kind of medicine first go for full abdomen USG and confirm there is no kind of cyst specially in reproductive system. Second You can start for bowel movement:- Gasex 2 tablet after breakfast, lunch and dinner( Himalaya company). :- add beatroot in your salad. :- drink warm milk before sleep at night.
