My doctor cant differntiate between dengue fever and viral although i have given cbc 2 times he say he will check my platelet count and say,why is doesnt recommend me direct dengue test

Helo there Dengue is also a virus .. But the key sign is the testing of igm dengue and dengue ns1 test. They have low platelet and low wbc.. and it affects the liver primarily Fever with body pain and muscle pain is the key feature Hope it’s useful to u☺️
