Hi
Well balanced home based diet, try to decrease stress if any, chew food well, regular timely eating habits, donor look TV or mobile whole eating, have food very slowly and in an relaxed environment, donor eat fast , don't binge , don't do fasting or feasting..
If you are underweight and thin ...then it's a problem and you need to workout on that.. but if you are just thin with ideal weight then it's not considered as a big problem that requires focus and attention..
Relax and rest much, don't do exercises more or vigorously for long hours...
As anything way more or too less is harmful..
So exercise in moderation , have good nutritious home based food always, enjoy your every meal thoroughly, make food more palatable, tasty, flavourable and appealing, have sweet potato based kheer more fequently, milk and milk products, roots and tuber vegetables, home made sweet items , nuts, seeds and dry fruits and good amount of protein in diet..
Daily eat dal for lunch with ghee and rice ...and curd rice compulsorily with banana...Is beneficial..
