I have been suffering from hand pain and shoulder pain because of bulky hand and arms, as well its affecting my confident, unable to wear dresses according to my wishes, I love to wear sarees but unfortunately am not

Greetings, Your question is more related to poor posture and poor dietary pattern. Considering your age you can push yourself to do exercise which can help you achieve your goals.

Thanks for writing in. First reduce your weight by diet. Then start doing exercises for arm. No medicine or any method has power to stop the body from depositing fat only in arm. So to reduce your arm girth, you have to reduce your whole body weight. Inspite of these measures, each one's body shape is dictated to an extent by genetics, over which no one has control. So don't lose confidence. Eat slowly. Drink lot of water. Vegetables & fruits should be your main diet. Check your thyroid levels. Hope this helps you. Regards.
