For Chest pain and palpitations as per this picture which you have attached, kindly go for atleast ecg and 2D echo to rule out any cardiac issue as you are POST COVID although other risk factors like diabetes, hypertension are not present . If cardiac is ruled out then you can continue with medications for GERD. Go for thyroid testing once too.
