Hello doctor I hv diagnosed with tb in lungs 2 months back taking medicine from then but last week doctor found a knot near my pencrias area is it normal what should I do(ultra sound done)

must be a lymph node but could be something different.  Get a CT scan abdomen done along with a repeat xray chest and consult a pulmonologist.
