My age is 24 and my height was 177cm, i had checked 3 monthes back and now i checked yesterday its 172.How it possible and what to do am afraid please help me..

Heights do have diurnal variation. It may be more in mornings and possibly less in evenings other wise its fine and normal. Do check it consecutively..

May be you tested it wrong way that time little wrong placement will increase or decrease the height approx 2cm can also wary diurnally. If you are concerned take spine x ray lat view to rest your concerns
