Height problem
I have lordotic posture and some kyohosis also ....i feel that my height is decreased ... is this possible due to these issues and please tell some correction exercises....

You either have flexible postural problem from adopting poor posture or underlying spinal alignment problem which is deformity such as scoliosis/kyphosis
First be reassured nothing need to be done as emergency as long as problem not painful and no leg numbness weakness
