Height not increasing for my son age 13. In 3-4 years only 1-2 inch increased.please suggest suitable reason

He needs review by General Paediatrican and Paediatric Endocrine for physical review, review of weights n heights, review of parental height and determination of growth potential to understand overall picture and decide if blood tests and bone age determination is required.
