Considering the heights of your parents, it is unlikely you will grow significantly any further taller. Height achieved is a combination of genetics(parents heights), diet and lifestyle which affect over a period of time. Most of your growth occurs during early childhood and early teenage years. Diet and exercise then may have improved the height, but if you have strong genetics then even that may not help.
I would advice you to still continue maintaining a good diet, regular exercise and healthy lifestyle. There are no medications available which will increase your height. Please do Not believe that any of that will help. One advantage that people of less height have is, they always look much younger than their age. This is a positive side of things.
