My period started at the age of 11 and I think I stopped growing from the age of 12 or 13. I am a vegetarian so I don't eat fish, egg or meat. My mother height :5 feet 6 inch My father height :5 feet 3 inch. My weight is 35 kg and I am a skinny girl. I sometime face some digestive problem if I eat more. Can anyone please recommend me desire way to increase my height? I have previously taken medicine but it didn't worked.. I really want to grow please help me. It's a request.
