I want to increase my height minimum 2 inches i have height of 5.7 and want to increse a little bit to increase my self confidence.Please help me or recommend me any medicine if possible.

Iam sorry...there is no medicine for increasing height in allopathy..but your still have chance of growing because it just 23 ...there is chance for growing for 2 more years...so try to do proper exercise and consumes milk twice a day...
