Heel pain on both legs

Last 4 months, I have been getting pain on my foot. This generally comes when I walk, I get pain when walk more than 1km. I use move and jandu balm. Please suggest permanent solution.

In your age heel pain is either due to foot stiffness or flat foot, sometimes due to obesity and osteoporosis, consult orthopedic surgeon get evaluated, requires foot stretching exercises daily basis
